ABOUT ME
Hi there!
My name is Jane Henley and I'm a HAES aligned, values-based Registered Dietitian focused on the nutritional rehabilitation of people struggling with eating disorders.
My personal experience raising my daughters, nutrition training, understanding of child development, and
desire to serve others have developed a passion in me to help teens and adults develop a healthy relationship with food.
Working alongside your treatment team, I employ
evidence-based best practices to teach the truth about
how food nourishes our body, develop food plans to resolve nutritional problems related to eating disorder behaviors, guide goal setting to normalize eating patterns, challenge unhealthy food rules, and debunk common food myths.
When not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, working in my garden, and spoiling my pets.
